Hattha Kaksekar Limite “HKL” is a leading microfinance institution, providing Credit, Savings, Local Money Transfer, ATM Service, Mobile Banking Service and other financial service, and operates with 25 provinces-cities in Kingdom of Cambodia. To respond our progress, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position as below:
Position : Retail Sales Officer for Insurance (01 Post)
Location : Head Office, Phnom Penh
Post Date : May 04, 2017
Deadline : May 26, 2017. Time: 04:30 pm

- Making appointment, client meeting, negotiating the terms of Insurance product and close sales.
- Prepare and develop Insurance Monitoring Report by Daily, Monthly and quarterly compare to budget. Propose the activities plan to support Insurance service at the branches.
- Monitor Insurance Claim procedure, Commission fee, Incentive and bonus for relevant staff.
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on Fund Transferring trends.
- Promotes/sells orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Knowledge in marketing, banking and finance, accounting, economic and business administrative.
- Strong networking, communication skills, negotiation and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer Ms. Office.
- Be able to travel and work in rural areas.
Remuneration:
- HKL provide the competitive salary based on knowledge, skill and experience. We offer the monthly salary plus Insurance Allowance (Health & Accidence), Annual Bonus, Incentive, Pchum Ben Bonus, 13rd Month Salary, Uniform Allowance, Provident Fund, Annual Leave, and other benefit as stated in HKL policy.
